Introducing request supply

If your product is unavailable on the myNZMP Store, you can request supply online and receive a response from Fonterra within three working days. It's the fastest way to request supply.

Requesting supply online is simple and fast

The process for requesting supply is very similar to making a regular purchase on the myNZMP Store. For any products that are not available for immediate purchase on the Store, you’ll see the option to request supply.

 

Simply add a supply request to your product cart, and then proceed through the normal checkout process. Once you have comfirmed your request, it will be immediately submitted to Fonterra for review. You will receive a response within three working days.

 

View options to request supply for later arrival months

When you “view arrival options” from your personalised product listing page, you’ll be able to see more months with a price and the option to request supply.

 

You can still buy now for available earlier arrival months, with the option to add a supply request to your product cart for those ETAs that are further out.

The price is confirmed when you request supply

When you request supply online, the landed product price is listed up-front. If your request is successful, this is the final price you will pay.

 

Your order will proceed automatically if your supply request is approved

If we have supply available to fulfil your request, your order will be automatically processed for the volume and price in your request, and a binding contract for supply will be created. You won’t be asked to reconfirm the request once it is approved.

 

This means that you commit to purchasing the product when you submit your supply request at checkout.

 

 

Providing certainty before a GDT event

We know it’s important that you have certainty going into a GDT Trading Event. As a result, request supply will only be available until 3pm NZT Tuesday when there is a scheduled GDT Event. We will also ensure that you have a response to any open requests prior to the scheduled store maintenance that begins at 11:45pm NZT Tuesday for GDT Event weeks.
