What you need to know about the Store

The myNZMP store is open 24 hours a day, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.  

Store maintenance timings:

  • Between 9:00am NZT Wednesday and Thursday 12:00 pm NZT for non-GDT Event weeks
  • Between 11:45pm NZT Tuesday and Thursday 12:00pm NZT for GDT Event weeks
  • Between 11:45pm NZT Tuesday and 2:00am NZT Wednesday On GDT Pulse auction weeks, which alternate with GDT Event weeks.

If you are based in New Zealand ordering from our warehouse, the store maintenance hours are as follows:

  • Between 10:00pm NZT Tuesday and 10:00am NZT Thursday for GDT Event weeks

Normal operations continue outside these times.

Your product listing includes selected products that you regularly buy, allowing you to quickly and easily re-purchase products online. The listed price is the final landed price, including freight and ancillary costs.

If you wish to enquire about including another product on your myNZMP Store, please contact your Account Manager or contact us.  

When you purchase on the myNZMP Store, you can select from a list of previously used Ship-to destinations. If you wish to add a new Ship-to destination to the Store, please contact your Sales Operations Executive. 

myNZMP is designed to run optimally with Google Chrome, using a PC. You can access the Store using your mobile device. However, you can only access your product cart and complete your purchase on your PC. We are working on making this available on mobile devices in future.

If your product is unavailable on the myNZMP Store, you can request supply online and receive a response from Fonterra within three working days.

If your preferred delivery month is not listed on the Store, you can email us with the details, and we will be in touch to support you. Alternatively, you can also contact your Account Manager. 

Do you need to make a change to your contract or order after your product purchase? You can request to defer or expedite your order via the My Orders feature on myNZMP. If you have any other issues with your contract or order, please send us the details and we will be in touch. Alternatively, you can contact your Account Manager.

Further product information is also available in the “Resources” section of NZMP.com, just click on the Resources tab of myNZMP.
