What you need to know about the Store

The myNZMP store is open 24 hours a day, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.  Maintenance takes place between 10:00pm NZT Tuesday and 10:00am NZT Thursday during Global Dairy Trade (GDT) Event weeks, which usually take place on alternate weeks throughout the year. 

Normal operations continue outside these times.

The myNZMP Store in New Zealand shows a list of products that are available for purchase, for delivery across the country. The range of products does change depending on availability, so keep checking the Store for any new product listings.

There are minimum order quantities depending on your purchase, for example:

  • Butter 600kg
  • Powders 100kg
  • AMF 210 kg drum

If you cannot find the product or volume you need, please contact us and we will get back to you.

Please enter your purchase order number

When you place your order, please remember to include your purchase order (PO) number, as we require this for delivery and to issue your invoice. If we do not receive the correct PO number at the time of purchase or soon afterwards, then there could be delays to your delivery.

Select the correct shipping destination

When you purchase on the myNZMP Store, you can select from a list of Ship-to destinations. It is important to select the correct shipping destination before you place your order, to ensure your product is shipped to your desired destination and is billed correctly.

If you are not sure, or you wish to add a new shipping destination, to your delivery please contact us.

You can select a delivery date of up to 4 weeks after purchase, depending on your location in New Zealand.

Please provide as much lead time as possible. While we do our best to ensure that your products arrive as soon as possible, we do use third party carriers that may experience delays beyond our control. 

myNZMP is designed to run optimally with Google Chrome, using a PC. You can view product listings, pricing and add to cart using your mobile device. However, you will need to complete your purchase on a PC.
